Born and raised in Sandbridge. Building a more comfortable future for the community he calls home.

With over 20 years of experience in the heating and cooling industry, Gary has dedicated his career to innovative, energy-efficient comfort solutions. He founded Expert Air, Inc. in 2010 as a family-owned business built on precision, integrity, and customer-focused service. His deep Virginia Beach roots go hand in hand with a practical approach to residential heating and cooling. From diagnosing a problem to choosing a high-efficiency replacement, Gary focuses on the right fit for each home, dependable performance, and long-term comfort. Beyond his work, Gary is a devoted husband and father of two. Family, community, and creating sustainable, comfortable living spaces for generations to come are at the heart of why he does what he does.
