Whole-home heating and cooling · Residential HVAC

A system that fits the home you live in.

From a conventional heat pump split system to a package unit, we help you compare practical heating and cooling options for your home. Ductless systems remain an option for spaces where extending ductwork does not make sense.

Find the right approach for your home

  • Replacing an older whole-home system
  • Comparing heat pump split systems and package units
  • Understanding conventional AC and gas package options
  • Addressing an addition or a room without existing ductwork

One system, heating and cooling

A heat pump moves heat rather than creating it through combustion. In cooling mode it moves heat outside; in heating mode it transfers available heat inside. Equipment selection and installation details determine how it performs in your home.

Ductless where it makes sense

Ductless mini-splits connect indoor units to outdoor equipment with refrigerant lines. They can be useful where extending ducts is impractical. Placement, drainage, electrical requirements, appearance, and access for maintenance all need consideration.

Zoning is a design decision

Different rooms may have different comfort needs, but adding controls alone does not solve every airflow issue. We consider equipment compatibility and the building layout to help identify a workable approach to zoning.

Ask our team
Can a heat pump heat my home in winter?

A properly selected heat pump can provide heating in cooler weather. Capacity at the design temperature and any supplemental heat requirements should be evaluated for your specific home.

Can one outdoor unit serve several rooms?

Some ductless systems support multiple indoor units. The right configuration depends on simultaneous room loads, manufacturer requirements, layout, and your control preferences.

Are ductless systems maintenance-free?

No. Filters, coils, drainage, and system operation still need care. Indoor-unit access and manufacturer maintenance guidance should be part of the installation plan.
